We are beyond grateful for Amy and the care she gave our daughter, Lottie. We first met with her when Lottie was just a week old to address engorgement and painful nursing. I assumed what I was experiencing was normal, but Amy quickly recognized that Lottie had a moderate tongue tie and jaw tension causing her jaw to spasm. She helped us correct Lottie’s latch which eased the pain significantly, and set us on the right path from the start.
Over the course of four visits, Amy was a constant source of support and encouragement. She was incredibly accommodating with our schedule, always sent helpful resources immediately after appointments, and made herself available by email whenever I had questions. She genuinely never gave up on our breastfeeding journey.
She also referred us to an outstanding OT who helped with Lottie’s body and neck tension. Between the two of them, Lottie received the best care we could have asked for. Our journey eventually led to a tongue and lip tie release, and the pediatric dentist even praised Amy for identifying the tongue tie—it was deeper and not easy to detect.
Amy is kind, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. I can’t recommend her enough to any family navigating breastfeeding challenges.
